Our lives are a sum total of the choices we have made and the truth is, a lot of our decisions add to the constant feelings of guilt and regret. Are they all your fault? No. Were there times you could have advocated for yourself better? Absolutely, and it's not too late.
All you have to do is choose.
Choose to live in peace, choose to be bold, choose to say yes or even say no. I can't sit here and tell you that it's easy. It's won't be, but it will be worth it. Going where the love is can be life changing if you let it. Are you up for the challenge?

Coping with Covid
Isolation and unbelievable grief have rocked us to our cores. It's been at least three months for some, and longer for others. So not only have our bodies been ordered to shelter-in-place, but somehow our minds have shut down too. It's maddening, watching people I love die, fight for their lives and friends fill with anxiety.
What can we do? Work? Not work? Who knows?
There's no blueprint for how to deal but I'm not okay with just sitting by and watching us fall apart. Take it one day at a time. Do something or do nothing, but whatever you choose, cultivate peace. My prayer is that these links and tips below help ease some of the overwhelm.
